Surah Yaseen (Chapter 36) In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

1. Yaseen.
2. By the wise Quran.
3. Indeed, you, [O Muhammad], are from among the messengers,
4. On a straight path.
5. [This is] a revelation of the Exalted in Might, the Merciful,
6. That you may warn a people whose forefathers were not warned, so they are unaware.
7. Already the word has come into effect upon most of them, so they do not believe.
8. Indeed, We have put shackles on their necks, and they are to their chins, so they are with heads [kept] aloft.
9. And We have put before them a barrier and behind them a barrier and covered them, so they do not see.
10. And it is all the same for them whether you warn them or do not warn them – they will not believe.
11. You can only warn one who follows the message and fears the Most Merciful unseen. So give him good tidings of forgiveness and noble reward.
12. Indeed, it is We who bring the dead to life and record what they have put forth and what they left behind, and all things We have enumerated in a clear register.
13. And present to them an example: the people of the city, when the messengers came to it.
14. When We sent to them two but they denied them, so We strengthened them with a third, and they said, “Indeed, we are messengers to you.”
15. They said, “You are not but human beings like us, and the Most Merciful has not revealed a thing. You are only telling lies.”
16. They said, “Our Lord knows that we are messengers to you,
17. And we are not responsible except for clear notification.”
18. They said, “Indeed, we consider you a bad omen. If you do not desist, we will surely stone you, and there will surely touch you from us a painful punishment.”
19. They said, “Your omen is with yourselves. Is it because you were reminded? Rather, you are a transgressing people.”
20. And there came from the farthest end of the city a man, running. He said, “O my people, follow the messengers.
21. Follow those who do not ask of you [any] payment, and they are [rightly] guided.
22. And why should I not worship He who created me and to whom you will be returned?
23. Should I take other than Him false deities while, if the Most Merciful intends for me some adversity, their intercession will not avail me at all, nor can they save me?
24. Indeed, I would then be in manifest error.
25. Indeed, I have believed in your Lord, so listen to me.”
26. It was said, “Enter Paradise.” He said, “I wish my people could know
27. Of how my Lord has forgiven me and placed me among the honored.”
28. And We did not send down upon his people after him any soldiers from the heaven, nor would We have done so.
29. It was not but one shout, and immediately they were extinguished.
30. How regretful for the servants. There did not come to them any messenger except that they used to ridicule him.
31. Have they not considered how many generations We destroyed before them – that they to them will not return?
32. And indeed, all of them will yet be brought present before Us.
33. And a sign for them is the dead earth. We have brought it to life and brought forth from it grain, and from it they eat.
34. And We placed therein gardens of palm trees and grapevines and caused to burst forth therefrom some springs –
35. That they may eat of His fruit. And their hands have not produced it, so will they not be grateful?
36. Exalted is He who created all pairs – from what the earth grows and from themselves and from that which they do not know.
37. And a sign for them is the night. We remove from it the [light of] day, so they are [left] in darkness.
38. And the sun runs [on course] toward its stopping point. That is the determination of the Exalted in Might, the Knowing.
39. And the moon – We have determined for it phases, until it returns [appearing] like the old date stalk.
40. It is not allowable for the sun to reach the moon, nor does the night overtake the day, but each, in an orbit, is swimming.
41. And a sign for them is that We carried their forefathers in a laden ship.
42. And We created for them from the likes of it that which they ride.
43. And if We should will, We could drown them; then no one responding to a cry would there be for them, nor would they be saved,
44. Except as a mercy from Us and provision for a time.
45. But when it is said to them, “Beware of what is before you and what is behind you; perhaps you will receive mercy…”
46. And no sign comes to them from the signs of their Lord except that they are from it turning away.
47. And when it is said to them, “Spend from that which Allah has provided for you,” those who disbelieve say to those who believe, “Should we feed one whom Allah would have fed? You are not but in clear error.”
48. And they say, “When is this promise, if you should be truthful?”
49. They do not await except one blast which will seize them while they are disputing.
50. And they will not be able [to give] any instruction, nor to their people can they return.
51. And the Horn will be blown; and at once from the graves to their Lord they will hasten.
52. They will say, “O woe to us! Who has raised us up from our sleeping place?” [The reply will be], “This is what the Most Merciful had promised, and the messengers told the truth.”
53. It will not be but one blast, and at once they are all brought present before Us.
54. So today no soul will be wronged at all, and you will not be recompensed except for what you used to do.
55. Indeed the companions of Paradise, that Day, will be amused in [joyful] occupation –
56. They and their spouses – in shade, reclining on adorned couches.
57. For them therein is fruit, and for them is whatever they request [or wish]
58. [And] “Peace,” a word from a Merciful Lord.
59. [Then He will say], “But stand apart today, you criminals.
60. Did I not enjoin upon you, O children of Adam, that you not worship Satan – [for] indeed, he is to you a clear enemy –
61. And that you worship [only] Me? This is a straight path.
62. And he had already led astray from among you much of creation, so did you not use reason?
63. This is the Hellfire which you were promised.
64. [Enter to] burn therein today for what you used to deny.”
65. That Day, We will seal over their mouths, and their hands will speak to Us, and their feet will testify about what they used to earn.
66. And if We willed, We could have obliterated their eyes, and they would race to the path, and how could they see?
67. And if We willed, We could have deformed them [paralyzing them] in their places, so they would not be able to proceed, nor could they return.
68. And he to whom We grant long life We reverse in creation; so will they not understand?
69. And We did not give him [i.e., the Prophet] knowledge of poetry, nor is it befitting for him. It is not but a message and a clear Quran
70. To warn whoever is alive and justify the word against the disbelievers.
71. Do they not see that We have created for them from what Our hands have made, grazing livestock, and [then] they are their owners?
72. And We have tamed them for them, so some of them they ride, and some of them they eat.
73. And for them therein are [other] benefits and drinks, so will they not be grateful?
74. But they have taken besides Allah [false] deities that perhaps they would be helped.
75. They are not able to help them, and they [themselves] are for them soldiers in attendance.
76. So let not their speech grieve you. Indeed, We know what they conceal and what they declare.
77. Does man not consider that We created him from a [mere] sperm-drop – then at once he is a clear adversary?
78. And he presents for Us an example and forgets his [own] creation. He says, “Who will give life to bones while they are disintegrated?”
79. Say, “He will give them life who produced them the first time; and He is, of all creation, Knowing.”
80. [It is] He who made for you from the green tree, fire, and then from it you ignite.
81. Is not He who created the heavens and the earth able to create the likes of them? Yes, [it is so]; and He is the Knowing Creator.
82. His command is only when He intends a thing that He says to it, “Be,” and it is.

بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم

1. یٰسٓ

2. وَالْقُرْآنِ الْحَكِيمِ

ترجمہ: قسم ہے حکمت والے قرآن کی،

3. إِنَّكَ لَمِنَ الْمُرْسَلِينَ

ترجمہ: بے شک آپ رسولوں میں سے ہیں،

4. عَلَىٰ صِرَاطٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ

ترجمہ: سیدھے راستے پر۔

5. تَنزِيلَ الْعَزِيزِ الرَّحِيمِ

ترجمہ: یہ نازل کردہ ہے زبردست رحم والے کا،

6. لِتُنذِرَ قَوْمًا مَّا أُنذِرَ آبَاؤُهُمْ فَهُمْ غَافِلُونَ

ترجمہ: تاکہ آپ ایک ایسی قوم کو خبردار کریں جن کے آباؤ اجداد کو خبردار نہیں کیا گیا، اس لئے وہ غافل ہیں۔

7. لَقَدْ حَقَّ الْقَوْلُ عَلَىٰ أَكْثَرِهِمْ فَهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ

ترجمہ: ان میں سے اکثر پر بات ثابت ہو چکی ہے، اس لئے وہ ایمان نہیں لاتے۔

8. إِنَّا جَعَلْنَا فِي أَعْنَاقِهِمْ أَغْلَالًا فَهِيَ إِلَى الْأَذْقَانِ فَهُم مُّقْمَحُونَ

ترجمہ: بے شک ہم نے ان کی گردنوں میں بیڑیاں ڈال دی ہیں، جو ان کی ٹھوڑیوں تک ہیں، سو ان کے سر اوپر اٹھے ہوئے ہیں۔

9. وَجَعَلْنَا مِن بَيْنِ أَيْدِيهِمْ سَدًّا وَمِنْ خَلْفِهِمْ سَدًّا فَأَغْشَيْنَاهُمْ فَهُمْ لَا يُبْصِرُونَ

ترجمہ: اور ہم نے ان کے آگے ایک دیوار بنا دی ہے اور ان کے پیچھے ایک دیوار بنا دی ہے اور ہم نے انہیں ڈھانپ دیا ہے، سو وہ نہیں دیکھتے۔

10. وَسَوَاءٌ عَلَيْهِمْ أَأَنذَرْتَهُمْ أَمْ لَمْ تُنذِرْهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ

ترجمہ: اور ان کے لئے برابر ہے، خواہ آپ انہیں ڈرائیں یا نہ ڈرائیں – وہ ایمان نہیں لائیں گے۔

11. إِنَّمَا تُنذِرُ مَنِ اتَّبَعَ الذِّكْرَ وَخَشِيَ الرَّحْمَٰنَ بِالْغَيْبِ فَبَشِّرْهُ بِمَغْفِرَةٍ وَأَجْرٍ كَرِيمٍ

ترجمہ: آپ تو صرف اس کو ڈراتے ہیں جو ذکر کی پیروی کرے اور رحمان سے غائبانہ ڈرے۔ تو اسے بخشش اور معزز اجر کی خوشخبری دے دیں۔

12. إِنَّا نَحْنُ نُحْيِي الْمَوْتَىٰ وَنَكْتُبُ مَا قَدَّمُوا وَآثَارَهُمْ وَكُلَّ شَيْءٍ أَحْصَيْنَاهُ فِي إِمَامٍ مُّبِينٍ

ترجمہ: بے شک ہم ہی ہیں جو مردوں کو زندہ کرتے ہیں اور جو کچھ وہ آگے بھیجتے ہیں اور ان کے نشانات کو لکھتے ہیں، اور ہم نے ہر چیز کو ایک واضح امام میں گن لیا ہے۔

13. وَاضْرِبْ لَهُم مَّثَلًا أَصْحَابَ الْقَرْيَةِ إِذْ جَاءَهَا الْمُرْسَلُونَ

ترجمہ: اور انہیں ایک مثال پیش کریں: شہر کے لوگوں کا، جب ان کے پاس رسول آئے۔

14. إِذْ أَرْسَلْنَا إِلَيْهِمُ اثْنَيْنِ فَكَذَّبُوهُمَا فَعَزَّزْنَا بِثَالِثٍ فَقَالُوا إِنَّا إِلَيْكُم مُّرْسَلُونَ

ترجمہ: جب ہم نے ان کی طرف دو رسول بھیجے تو انہوں نے ان دونوں کو جھٹلایا، پھر ہم نے ایک تیسرے کے ساتھ ان کی مدد کی، اور انہوں نے کہا: بے شک ہم تمہارے پاس رسول ہیں۔

15. قَالُوا مَا أَنتُمْ إِلَّا بَشَرٌ مِّثْلُنَا وَمَا أَنزَلَ الرَّحْمَٰنُ مِن شَيْءٍ إِنْ أَنتُمْ إِلَّا تَكْذِبُونَ

ترجمہ: انہوں نے کہا: تم تو ہمارے جیسے ہی انسان ہو، اور رحمان نے کچھ بھی نازل نہیں کیا ہے۔ تم تو صرف جھوٹ بول رہے ہو۔

16. قَالُوا رَبُّنَا يَعْلَمُ إِنَّا إِلَيْكُمْ لَمُرْسَلُونَ

ترجمہ: انہوں نے کہا: ہمارا رب جانتا ہے کہ بے شک ہم تمہارے پاس رسول ہیں،

17. وَمَا عَلَيْنَا إِلَّا الْبَلَاغُ الْمُبِينُ

ترجمہ: اور ہمارے ذمے تو صرف واضح پیغام پہنچانا ہے۔

18. قَالُوا إِنَّا تَطَيَّرْنَا بِكُمْ لَئِن لَّمْ تَنتَهُوا لَنَرْجُمَنَّكُمْ وَلَيَمَسَّنَّكُم مِّنَّا عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ

ترجمہ: انہوں نے کہا: بے شک ہم تمہیں بد شگونی مانتے ہیں۔ اگر تم باز نہ آئے تو ہم تمہیں ضرور سنگسار کریں گے، اور تمہیں ہم سے دردناک عذاب پہنچے گا۔

19. قَالُوا طَائِرُكُم مَّعَكُمْ أَئِن ذُكِّرْتُم بَلْ أَنتُمْ قَوْمٌ مُّسْرِفُونَ

ترجمہ: انہوں نے کہا: تمہاری بد شگونی تمہارے ساتھ ہے۔ کیا یہ اس لیے ہے کہ تمہیں نصیحت کی گئی؟ بلکہ، تم ایک حد سے تجاوز کرنے والی قوم ہو۔

20. وَجَاءَ مِنْ أَقْصَى الْمَدِينَةِ رَجُلٌ يَسْعَىٰ قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ اتَّبِعُوا الْمُرْسَلِينَ

ترجمہ: اور شہر کے سب سے دور کے حصے سے ایک آدمی دوڑتا ہوا آیا۔ اس نے کہا: اے میری قوم، رسولوں کا اتباع کرو۔

21. اتَّبِعُوا مَن لَّا يَسْأَلُكُمْ أَجْرًا وَهُم مُّهْتَدُونَ

ترجمہ: ان کا اتباع کرو جو تم سے کوئی اجر نہیں مانگتے، اور وہ ہدایت یافتہ ہیں۔

22. وَمَا لِيَ لَا أَعْبُدُ الَّذِي فَطَرَنِي وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ

ترجمہ: اور مجھے کیا ہے کہ میں اس کی عبادت نہ کروں جس نے مجھے پیدا کیا اور تم سب اسی کی طرف لوٹائے جاؤ گے؟

23. أَأَتَّخِذُ مِن دُونِهِ آلِهَةً إِن يُرِدْنِ الرَّحْمَٰنُ بِضُرٍّ لَّا تُغْنِ عَنِّي شَفَاعَتُهُمْ شَيْئًا وَلَا يُنقِذُونِ

ترجمہ: کیا میں اس کے علاوہ دیگر معبود بناؤں، جبکہ اگر رحمان مجھے کوئی تکلیف پہنچانا چاہے، تو ان کی شفاعت مجھے کچھ بھی فائدہ نہ دے گی، اور نہ ہی وہ مجھے بچا سکتے ہیں؟

24. إِنِّي إِذًا لَّفِي ضَلَالٍ مُّبِينٍ

ترجمہ: بے شک، تب میں واضح گمراہی میں ہوں گا۔

25. إِنِّي آمَنتُ بِرَبِّكُمْ فَاسْمَعُونِ

ترجمہ: بے شک، میں تمہارے رب پر ایمان لایا ہوں، لہٰذا میری بات سنو۔

26. قِيلَ ادْخُلِ الْجَنَّةَ قَالَ يَا لَيْتَ قَوْمِي يَعْلَمُونَ

ترجمہ: کہا گیا، “جنت میں داخل ہو جاؤ۔” اس نے کہا، “کاش میری قوم جان سکتی

27. بِمَا غَفَرَ لِي رَبِّي وَجَعَلَنِي مِنَ الْمُكْرَمِينَ

ترجمہ: کہ میرے رب نے مجھے کیسے معاف کر دیا اور مجھے مکرمین میں شامل کر دیا۔

28. وَمَا أَنزَلْنَا عَلَىٰ قَوْمِهِ مِن بَعْدِهِ مِن جُندٍ مِّنَ السَّمَاءِ وَمَا كُنَّا مُنزِلِينَ

ترجمہ: اور ہم نے اس کے بعد اس کی قوم پر آسمان سے کوئی لشکر نہیں بھیجا، اور نہ ہی ہم (ایسا) کریں گے۔

29. إِن كَانَتْ إِلَّا صَيْحَةً وَاحِدَةً فَإِذَا هُمْ خَامِدُونَ

ترجمہ: یہ تو بس ایک چیخ تھی، اور وہ فوراً بجھ گئے۔

30. يَا حَسْرَةً عَلَى الْعِبَادِ مَا يَأْتِيهِم مِّن رَّسُولٍ إِلَّا كَانُوا بِهِ يَسْتَهْزِئُونَ

ترجمہ: کتنی افسوس ہے بندوں کے لئے۔ ان کے پاس کوئی رسول نہیں آیا مگر وہ اس کا مذاق اڑاتے تھے۔

31. أَلَمْ يَرَوْا كَمْ أَهْلَكْنَا قَبْلَهُم مِّنَ الْقُرُونِ أَنَّهُمْ إِلَيْهِمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ

ترجمہ: کیا انہوں نے نہیں دیکھا کہ ہم نے ان سے پہلے کتنی نسلوں کو ہلاک کر دیا – کہ وہ ان کی طرف واپس نہیں آئیں گے؟

32. وَإِن كُلٌّ لَّمَّا جَمِيعٌ لَّدَيْنَا مُحْضَرُونَ ترجمہ:

اور بے شک، ان سب کو ابھی تک ہمارے سامنے حاضر کیا جائے گا۔

33. وَآيَةٌ لَّهُمُ الْأَرْضُ الْمَيْتَةُ أَحْيَيْنَاهَا وَأَخْرَجْنَا مِنْهَا حَبًّا فَمِنْهُ يَأْكُلُونَ

ترجمہ: اور ان کے لئے ایک نشانی ہے مردہ زمین۔ ہم نے اسے زندگی دی اور اس سے اناج نکالا، اور اس سے وہ کھاتے ہیں۔

34. وَجَعَلْنَا فِيهَا جَنَّاتٍ مِّن نَّخِيلٍ وَأَعْنَابٍ وَفَجَّرْنَا فِيهَا مِنَ الْعُيُونِ

ترجمہ: اور ہم نے اس میں کھجوروں کے باغات اور انگوروں کے باغات بنائے اور اس میں سے کچھ چشمے نکالے –

35. لِيَأْكُلُوا مِن ثَمَرِهِ وَمَا عَمِلَتْهُ أَيْدِيهِمْ أَفَلَا يَشْكُرُونَ

ترجمہ: کہ وہ اس کے پھل کھائیں۔ اور ان کے ہاتھوں نے اسے پیدا نہیں کیا، تو کیا وہ شکر گزار نہیں ہوں گے؟

36. سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ الْأَزْوَاجَ كُلَّهَا مِمَّا تُنبِتُ الْأَرْضُ وَمِنْ أَنفُسِهِمْ وَمِمَّا لَا يَعْلَمُونَ

ترجمہ: وہ بزرگ ہے جس نے تمام جوڑے بنائے – جو زمین اگاتی ہے اور ان سے اور جو وہ نہیں جانتے۔

37. وَآيَةٌ لَّهُمُ اللَّيْلُ نَسْلَخُ مِنْهُ النَّهَارَ فَإِذَا هُم مُّظْلِمُونَ

ترجمہ: اور ان کے لئے ایک نشانی رات ہے۔ ہم اس سے دن (کی روشنی) کو ہٹا دیتے ہیں، لہذا وہ (اندھیرے میں) رہ جاتے ہیں۔

38. وَالشَّمْسُ تَجْرِي لِمُسْتَقَرٍّ لَّهَا ذَٰلِكَ تَقْدِيرُ الْعَزِيزِ الْعَلِيمِ

ترجمہ: اور سورج اپنے ٹھہرنے کے مقام کی طرف دوڑتا ہے۔ یہ زبردست اور علم والے کا فیصلہ ہے۔

39. وَالْقَمَرَ قَدَّرْنَاهُ مَنَازِلَ حَتَّىٰ عَادَ كَالْعُرْجُونِ الْقَدِيمِ

ترجمہ: اور چاند – ہم نے اس کے لئے منزلیں مقرر کیں ہیں، یہاں تک کہ یہ پرانی کھجور کی ٹہنی کی طرح ہو جاتا ہے۔

40. لَا الشَّمْسُ يَنبَغِي لَهَا أَن تُدْرِكَ الْقَمَرَ وَلَا اللَّيْلُ سَابِقُ النَّهَارِ وَكُلٌّ فِي فَلَكٍ يَسْبَحُونَ

ترجمہ: سورج کے لئے یہ مناسب نہیں ہے کہ وہ چاند کو پکڑے، اور نہ ہی رات دن کو آگے بڑھاتی ہے، بلکہ ہر ایک اپنے مدار میں تیر رہی ہے۔

41. وَآيَةٌ لَّهُمْ أَنَّا حَمَلْنَا ذُرِّيَّتَهُمْ فِي الْفُلْكِ الْمَشْحُونِ

ترجمہ: اور ان کے لئے ایک نشانی ہے کہ ہم نے ان کی اولاد کو ایک لدی ہوئی کشتی میں سوار کیا۔

42. وَخَلَقْنَا لَهُم مِّن مِّثْلِهِ مَا يَرْكَبُونَ

ترجمہ: اور ہم نے ان کے لئے اسی طرح کی چیزیں بنائیں جن پر وہ سوار ہوتے ہیں۔

43. وَإِن نَّشَأْ نُغْرِقْهُمْ فَلَا صَرِيخَ لَهُمْ وَلَا هُمْ يُنقَذُونَ

ترجمہ: اور اگر ہم چاہیں، تو ہم انہیں غرق کر سکتے ہیں؛ پھر ان کے لئے کوئی فریاد کرنے والا نہ ہو گا، اور نہ ہی وہ بچائے جائیں گے،

44. إِلَّا رَحْمَةً مِّنَّا وَمَتَاعًا إِلَىٰ حِينٍ

ترجمہ: سوائے ہمارے رحم کے طور پر اور ایک وقت کے لئے فراہمی۔

45. وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمُ اتَّقُوا مَا بَيْنَ أَيْدِيكُمْ وَمَا خَلْفَكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ

ترجمہ: اور جب ان سے کہا جاتا ہے، “ان چیزوں سے ڈرو جو تمہارے سامنے ہیں اور جو تمہارے پیچھے ہیں؛ شاید تم پر رحم کیا جائے۔”

46. وَمَا تَأْتِيهِم مِّنْ آيَةٍ مِّنْ آيَاتِ رَبِّهِمْ إِلَّا كَانُوا عَنْهَا مُعْرِضِينَ

ترجمہ: اور ان کے پاس ان کے رب کی نشانیوں میں سے کوئی نشانی نہیں آتی سوائے اس کے کہ وہ اس سے منہ موڑ لیتے ہیں۔

47. وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ أَنفِقُوا مِمَّا رَزَقَكُمُ اللَّهُ قَالَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَنُطْعِمُ مَن لَّوْ يَشَاءُ اللَّهُ أَطْعَمَهُ إِنْ أَنتُمْ إِلَّا فِي ضَلَالٍ مُّبِينٍ ترجمہ: اور جب ان سے کہا جاتا ہے، “اس میں سے خرچ کرو جو اللہ نے تمہیں دیا ہے،” تو وہ لوگ جو کفر کرتے ہیں وہ ان لوگوں سے کہتے ہیں جو ایمان لائے، “کیا ہم اسے کھلائیں جسے اللہ نے کھلانا چاہا؟ تم تو صرف واضح گمراہی میں ہو۔”

48. وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَىٰ هَٰذَا الْوَعْدُ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ

ترجمہ: اور وہ کہتے ہیں، “یہ وعدہ کب ہے، اگر تم سچے ہو؟”

49. مَا يَنظُرُونَ إِلَّا صَيْحَةً وَاحِدَةً تَأْخُذُهُمْ وَهُمْ يَخِصِّمُونَ

ترجمہ: وہ صرف ایک چیخ کی انتظار کرتے ہیں جو انہیں ان کی بحث کرتے وقت پکڑ لے گی۔

50. فَلَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ تَوْصِيَةً وَلَا إِلَىٰ أَهْلِهِمْ يَرْجِعُونَ

ترجمہ: پھر نہ وہ کوئی وصیت کر سکیں گے اور نہ ہی اپنے اہل خانہ کی طرف لوٹ سکیں گے۔

51. وَنُفِخَ فِي الصُّورِ فَإِذَا هُم مِّنَ الْأَجْدَاثِ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِمْ يَنسِلُونَ

ترجمہ: اور صور پھونکا جائے گا، پھر وہ قبروں سے اپنے رب کی طرف دوڑتے ہوئے نکلیں گے۔

52. قَالُوا يَا وَيْلَنَا مَن بَعَثَنَا مِن مَّرْقَدِنَا هَٰذَا مَا وَعَدَ الرَّحْمَٰنُ وَصَدَقَ الْمُرْسَلُونَ

ترجمہ: وہ کہیں گے، “ہائے ہماری بربادی! ہمیں ہمارے سونے کی جگہ سے کس نے اٹھایا؟” یہ وہی ہے جس کا رحمان نے وعدہ کیا تھا، اور رسولوں نے سچ کہا تھا۔

53. إِن كَانَتْ إِلَّا صَيْحَةً وَاحِدَةً فَإِذَا هُمْ جَمِيعٌ لَّدَيْنَا مُحْضَرُونَ

ترجمہ: یہ تو بس ایک چیخ تھی، اور وہ سب ہمارے سامنے حاضر کیے گئے۔

54. فَالْيَوْمَ لَا تُظْلَمُ نَفْسٌ شَيْئًا وَلَا تُجْزَوْنَ إِلَّا مَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ

ترجمہ: تو آج کوئی جان پر ظلم نہیں کیا جائے گا، اور تمہیں صرف اس کا بدلہ دیا جائے گا جو تم کرتے تھے۔

55. إِنَّ أَصْحَابَ الْجَنَّةِ الْيَوْمَ فِي شُغُلٍ فَاكِهُونَ

ترجمہ: بے شک، جنت والے آج خوشیوں میں مصروف ہوں گے۔

56. هُمْ وَأَزْوَاجُهُمْ فِي ظِلَالٍ عَلَى الْأَرَائِكِ مُتَّكِئُونَ

ترجمہ: وہ اور ان کی بیویاں سایوں میں مسندوں پر تکیہ لگائے بیٹھے ہوں گے۔

57. لَهُمْ فِيهَا فَاكِهَةٌ وَلَهُم مَّا يَدَّعُونَ

ترجمہ: ان کے لئے وہاں پھل ہوں گے، اور جو کچھ وہ مانگیں گے۔

58. سَلَامٌ قَوْلًا مِّن رَّبٍّ رَّحِيمٍ

ترجمہ: رحیم رب کی طرف سے ان پر سلام ہوگا۔

59. وَامْتَازُوا الْيَوْمَ أَيُّهَا الْمُجْرِمُونَ

ترجمہ: اور (کہا جائے گا) “آج مجرموں، الگ ہو جاؤ۔”

60. أَلَمْ أَعْهَدْ إِلَيْكُمْ يَا بَنِي آدَمَ أَن لَّا تَعْبُدُوا الشَّيْطَانَ إِنَّهُ لَكُمْ عَدُوٌّ مُّبِينٌ

ترجمہ: اے آدم کی اولاد، کیا میں نے تم سے یہ عہد نہیں لیا تھا کہ تم شیطان کی عبادت نہ کرنا؟ بے شک وہ تمہارا واضح دشمن ہے۔

61. وَأَنِ اعْبُدُونِي هَٰذَا صِرَاطٌ مُّسْتَقِيمٌ

ترجمہ: اور یہ کہ میری عبادت کرو؟ یہی سیدھا راستہ ہے۔

62. وَلَقَدْ أَضَلَّ مِنكُمْ جِبِلًّا كَثِيرًا أَفَلَمْ تَكُونُوا تَعْقِلُونَ

ترجمہ: اور بے شک اس نے تم میں سے بہت سی نسلوں کو گمراہ کر دیا۔ تو کیا تم سمجھتے نہیں؟

63. هَٰذِهِ جَهَنَّمُ الَّتِي كُنتُمْ تُوعَدُونَ

ترجمہ: یہ ہے وہ جہنم جس کا تم سے وعدہ کیا جاتا تھا۔

64. اصْلَوْهَا الْيَوْمَ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَكْفُرُونَ

ترجمہ: آج اس میں داخل ہو جاؤ، اس کی وجہ سے جو تم کفر کرتے تھے۔

65. الْيَوْمَ نَخْتِمُ عَلَىٰ أَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَتُكَلِّمُنَا أَيْدِيهِمْ وَتَشْهَدُ أَرْجُلُهُم بِمَا كَانُوا يَكْسِبُونَ

ترجمہ: آج ہم ان کے منہ پر مہر لگائیں گے، اور ان کے ہاتھ ہم سے بات کریں گے، اور ان کے پاؤں ان کی گواہی دیں گے جو وہ کرتے تھے۔

66. وَلَوْ نَشَاءُ لَطَمَسْنَا عَلَىٰ أَعْيُنِهِمْ فَاسْتَبَقُوا الصِّرَاطَ فَأَنَّىٰ يُبْصِرُونَ

ترجمہ: اور اگر ہم چاہیں تو ان کی آنکھوں کو مٹا دیں، پھر وہ راستے کی طرف دوڑیں، تو کیسے دیکھیں گے؟

67. وَلَوْ نَشَاءُ لَمَسَخْنَاهُمْ عَلَىٰ مَكَانَتِهِمْ فَمَا اسْتَطَاعُوا مُضِيًّا وَلَا يَرْجِعُونَ

ترجمہ: اور اگر ہم چاہیں تو انہیں ان کی جگہ پر مسخ کر دیں، پھر نہ وہ آگے بڑھ سکیں گے، اور نہ واپس آ سکیں گے۔

68. وَمَن نُّعَمِّرْهُ نُنَكِّسْهُ فِي الْخَلْقِ أَفَلَا يَعْقِلُونَ

ترجمہ: اور جسے ہم لمبی عمر دیتے ہیں، اسے ہم تخلیق میں الٹ دیتے ہیں۔ تو کیا وہ سمجھتے نہیں؟

69. وَمَا عَلَّمْنَاهُ الشِّعْرَ وَمَا يَنبَغِي لَهُ إِنْ هُوَ إِلَّا ذِكْرٌ وَقُرْآنٌ مُّبِينٌ

ترجمہ: اور ہم نے اسے شعر نہیں سکھایا، اور نہ ہی یہ اس کے لئے موزوں ہے۔ یہ تو صرف نصیحت اور واضح قرآن ہے۔

70. لِيُنذِرَ مَن كَانَ حَيًّا وَيَحِقَّ الْقَوْلُ عَلَى الْكَافِرِينَ

ترجمہ: تاکہ وہ اس شخص کو ڈرائے جو زندہ ہے، اور کافروں پر بات ثابت ہو جائے۔

71. أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا أَنَّا خَلَقْنَا لَهُم مِّمَّا عَمِلَتْ أَيْدِينَا أَنْعَامًا فَهُمْ لَهَا مَالِكُونَ

ترجمہ: کیا انہوں نے نہیں دیکھا کہ ہم نے ان کے لئے اپنے ہاتھوں کی بنائی ہوئی چیزوں سے مویشی پیدا کئے؟ اور وہ ان کے مالک ہیں۔

72. وَذَلَّلْنَاهَا لَهُمْ فَمِنْهَا رَكُوبُهُمْ وَمِنْهَا يَأْكُلُونَ

ترجمہ: اور ہم نے انہیں ان کے تابع کیا، تو ان میں سے کچھ ان کی سواری ہے اور ان میں سے کچھ وہ کھاتے ہیں۔

73. وَلَهُمْ فِيهَا مَنَافِعُ وَمَشَارِبُ أَفَلَا يَشْكُرُونَ

ترجمہ: اور ان کے لئے ان میں فائدے اور مشروب ہیں۔ تو کیا وہ شکر گزار نہیں ہوں گے؟

74. وَاتَّخَذُوا مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ آلِهَةً لَّعَلَّهُمْ يُنصَرُونَ

ترجمہ: اور انہوں نے اللہ کے علاوہ دیگر معبود بنا لئے، تاکہ وہ ان کی مدد کریں۔

75. لَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ نَصْرَهُمْ وَهُمْ لَهُمْ جُندٌ مُّحْضَرُونَ

ترجمہ: وہ ان کی مدد کرنے کی طاقت نہیں رکھتے، اور وہ ان کے لئے لشکر ہیں جو پیش کئے جائیں گے۔

76. فَلَا يَحْزُنكَ قَوْلُهُمْ إِنَّا نَعْلَمُ مَا يُسِرُّونَ وَمَا يُعْلِنُونَ

ترجمہ: تو ان کی باتیں آپ کو غمزدہ نہ کریں۔ بے شک، ہم جانتے ہیں جو وہ چھپاتے ہیں اور جو وہ ظاہر کرتے ہیں۔

77. أَوَلَمْ يَرَ الْإِنسَانُ أَنَّا خَلَقْنَاهُ مِن نُّطْفَةٍ فَإِذَا هُوَ خَصِيمٌ مُّبِينٌ

ترجمہ: کیا انسان نے نہیں دیکھا کہ ہم نے اسے نطفے سے پیدا کیا؟ پھر وہ فوراً واضح جھگڑالو بن گیا۔

78. وَضَرَبَ لَنَا مَثَلًا وَنَسِيَ خَلْقَهُ قَالَ مَن يُحْيِي الْعِظَامَ وَهِيَ رَمِيمٌ

ترجمہ: اور اس نے ہمارے لئے ایک مثال بیان کی، اور اپنی تخلیق کو بھول گیا۔ اس نے کہا، “کون ہڈیوں کو زندہ کرے گا جب وہ بوسیدہ ہو چکی ہوں؟”

79. قُلْ يُحْيِيهَا الَّذِي أَنشَأَهَا أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ خَلْقٍ عَلِيمٌ

ترجمہ: کہو، “ان کو وہ زندہ کرے گا جس نے انہیں پہلی بار پیدا کیا، اور وہ ہر تخلیق کو جانتا ہے۔”

80. الَّذِي جَعَلَ لَكُم مِّنَ الشَّجَرِ الْأَخْضَرِ نَارًا فَإِذَا أَنتُم مِّنْهُ تُوقِدُونَ

ترجمہ: وہ جس نے تمہارے لئے سبز درخت سے آگ پیدا کی، پھر تم اس سے آگ جلاتے ہو۔

81. أَوَلَيْسَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ بِقَادِرٍ عَلَىٰ أَن يَخْلُقَ مِثْلَهُم بَلَىٰ وَهُوَ الْخَلَّاقُ الْعَلِيمُ

ترجمہ: کیا وہ جس نے آسمانوں اور زمین کو پیدا کیا، ان جیسا پیدا کرنے پر قادر نہیں؟ ہاں، اور وہ تخلیق کرنے والا، علم والا ہے۔

82. إِنَّمَا أَمْرُهُ إِذَا أَرَادَ شَيْئًا أَن يَقُولَ لَهُ كُن فَيَكُونُ
