Chatgpt Down in India and Pakistan

Chatgpt is down and not responding from last 35 minutes or so. Users are not getting responses from Chatgpt including me. Indian and Pakistani users are facing problems to generate responses by chatgpt. Why is it so? Please comment below to give the reasons.
